Tile orders under 10 sq m can be collected from the showroom, or delivery can be arranged, and is charged from £25.00 upwards.

Tile orders over 10 sq m are delivered FOC.

Deliveries are made via carrier, on a pre-arranged day. The customer or contractor must be available to accept delivery on the arranged date.
Access to the site is important as the normal delivery is via a large wagon. For limited access a 7 ton truck service is available, please inform us of any access problems.

The carrier is responsible for offloading the goods from the lorry. Where possible, the driver will be happy to move the tiles with a pallet truck, the driver will off load to the nearest point, often the driveway.

The majority of Arcadia flooring is suitable for storage outdoors for short periods, until the contractor can move them indoors.

Where it is not possible for the customer to accept delivery, Arcadia can make arrangements to meet the delivery and offload to the nearest convenient storage, this service is charged from £25 upwards.
